I love this family!  Susan is a wonderful friend of mine and her  daughters could possibly be the sweetest little people walking the face  of this earth.  I went up to visit Susan this past weekend and really  enjoyed seeing her life in a place so different from my life here in  Tallahasee.  As her daughers played with their friends I kept saying  "this reminds me of Sesame Street!" I loved it!  Thank you Susan for  being such a fantastic friend!

Hallie grew up vacationing on the beaches of the Florida panhandle.  Vincent asked Hallie to marry her under the blue moon on the beach years later. It was only appropriate that they exchanged their vows on the same beaches.  Perfect is the only way to describe this wedding and this day.  I felt so fortunate to be there to witness such a beautiful event.

I've dedicated my blog to mostly posting weddings as I'm rarely able to post portraits because of the number I shoot a year. Every once in a while someone comes along who is a dear friend of mine from my pre-photo years and I have to take the time to post a few pictures from their session.  Dr. Nahum Beard and his beautiful wife Melissa, have been in our lives for almost 10 years.  I was honored to photograph her family.

I also wanted to post these because everyone always wants to know "what do we wear for our session?"  The Mariscal's hit it out of the park with their attire!  I've been there, I know it's tough to pick clothes for a large group of people.  

At some point a law was passed that sunday weddings had to be beautiful and peaceful.  Carolyn and Charlie's wedding was just that.  Carolyn looked like a classic bride from the 20's.  I wish all weddings could be have the feeling of a sunday wedding.

The day was perfect.  Not too warm and a little wind to remind us of the arrival of fall.  Melissa and Kent were married at St. Rita's Catholic church but dressed at Emerald Grande and returned that night for the reception to celebrate.  This was one of those events that make you want to get married all over again.  Sweet and beautiful.
